  1. Please wear a loose thong or a disposable one will be provided for you to change into at your session.
  2. Drink at least 1 liter of water before your appointment as it is key to achieving maximum results.
  3. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid deforming the buttocks after your session.
  4. Avoid tanning the booty and thigh area at least 48 hours before your session to minimize discomfort.
  5. Avoid anti-inflammatories and blood thinners such as aspirin as they make you more susceptible to bruising.
  6. Don’t come on an empty stomach; eat a light, healthy meal before your 1-hour appointment.
  7. Cancel your appointment if you have an open wound on the booty or thigh area.
