BOOTY LIFTING POST-CARE

  1. Drink at least 1 liter of water after your session and continue to do so thereafter as it is key to your results.
  2. Remember, no water equals no results.
  3. Eat balanced meals and work on building healthier eating habits.
  4. Get active and start doing your booty workouts once a day for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Focus on hitting the goal areas when working out (e.g., do hip dip workouts if your goal is to correct your hip dip).
  6. You may return to all normal activities, including working out, after the treatment.
  7. Perform light self-massages to the treated area once a day for 5-10 minutes until you see desired results (your technician will provide instructions during your appointment).
