- Get active and start doing your booty workouts once a day for at least 10 minutes.
- Focus on hitting the goal areas when working out (e.g., do hip dip workouts if your goal is to correct your hip dip).
- You may return to all normal activities, including working out, after the treatment.
- Perform light self-massages to the treated area once a day for 5-10 minutes until you see desired results (your technician will provide instructions during your appointment).
